This one of most disgusting branch’s of bank I ever been. Literally no customer and still the staff don’t want to attempt me. It’s the second time I came and only lost time in that branch.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at the bank. During a recent visit, I noticed that despite having six booths available, only one person was attending to customers while others wandered around the lobby. This resulted in long waits, with many customers waiting hours for service. Moreover, the service was slow and unresponsive to customers’ needs.
