Been waiting over a hour to open a new account and still haven't been seen I don't understand the wait and why they would have only 1 person working to open accounts and now I have to wait more because of people with appointments this place sicks
I live close and I am coming to this office for around 20 years. Bank of America has been progressive destroying this place (I don’t know about others). Have been constantly reducing the services, reducing the hours, reducing the drive thru, reducing the employees, reducing what the employees can do to solve situations.
