I am a long-time Bank of America customer and my family has maintained accounts with the bank for many years. We also pay annually for a safe deposit box. Last week, my mother and I visited the Bal Harbour branch twice to access our safe deposit box. During the first visit (around 1:00 PM), the branch manager directed us to the wrong box and spoke to us in a very rude and dismissive manner.
