I’ve been waiting for a 2nd debit card now for over a month. They don’t know how to send it to the proper location. Very disappointing experience. I deposited a check issued by a professional title company following a real estate closing for a simple cheap vacant land. Bank of America placed a seven-day hold on the entire amount, refused to release the funds or return the check, and provided no specific explanation beyond generic verification procedures.
