I'm a Business owner with multiple accounts at BOA. I've been with BOA for over 30 years. I've always had great experiences with them except at this branch. This branch consistently has long lines and their Branch Manager does not go above and beyond to accommodate. Time is big money for Business Owners. Save your time and money by going to a different Branch. The Aventura ones and the other one in Hallandale Beach are much more accommodating.
