Here it seems business owners are second rate citizens and are not a priority with them taking non business owners infront of business owners in the business line. Go elsewhere.
This is a Bank that does not train staff appropriately. There are only 3 people on their staff that have access to the foreign currency on their computers, so when I went in yesterday and asked to have my Canadian money exchanged in to US and then deposited into my account I was told by the teller she doesn’t have access . I said ok let me speak to someone else that does , apparently there was no one. I asked for the manager and she said the same, unfortunately we don’t have anyone that has access to foreign currency today. ... read more
