The ATM machines are made in a way so that it's nearly impossible to insert any cash into your account. If your cash has the tiniest wrinkle, they reject it. I'm giving it one star because of the service in there as well. It's sub-optimal, it takes forever to get to you, and sometimes they can't even fix your problem. I'd give it negative stars if I could.
