I had quick service and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this branch again!
I'm so disappointed to have to come to this bank for business transactions. I feel like I'm walking through the ghetto to get inside the bank. This bank is trashed on the outside. It's not maintained. The trash is everywhere everyday. Whether it's a Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon in the middle of the week. It's always dirty. Trash everywhere. I don't understand a business that doesn't sweep their front door before they open it to the public. It's just downright embarrassing. Shame on you. Bank of America
They don’t answer the phone so if you have questions or need details before showing up to make sure you have everything you need or whatever you trying to do they won’t anwser no matter how many times you call within their open hours.
