Terrible bank. Overall experience is horrible, I will be closing my account after 15 years of banking with them!Ā
Customer Service from the Branch Manager speaks volumes. Her lack of concern with assisting me open a business account was concerning. She told me I could go online. I already have one existing business account with Bank of America. I will not be returning. If leadership was this way, I can only imagine what the reps are like. This area deserves better.Ā
My father and I came in today to have me added to his accounts. We were seen by Natasha who had the worst attitude and communication. During our interaction, she did not say she was going to have to pull credit to have me added to the account until the system declined. At that point, I was able to advise my credit was locked and ask questions why is my credit being pulled to be added to an account, no loans. This location is close to where I live it is a shame that I could not get the help that I needed from here I was turned away before I could fully explain what I needed they want to hurry an get you out of their face they do not care about you as a customer or your needs some people here need to be retrained I had to travel 35 min away to a different BOA location and I was helped and treated with respectĀ
