Had a terrible experience today — very unprofessional service. I don’t know the name of the African American guy, but he acted so unhelpful. At least three times, I did a cash advance there, and the same guy did it. Now he’s saying, ‘Oh, you don’t have your name on your card, so we can’t do it.’ I literally opened my other account and showed that it belongs to me, and he still refused.
