Customer service is horrible. You walk in and ask a question and they always have an attitude. Just rude.
I want to be fair in saying I hold space for accountability on my end — I was missing one document during my appointment to open a Representative Payee account. However, after being asked to go home and grab the document, I came back that same day, only to find out Jennie had already rescheduled me for another day without my consent. I recently attempted to withdraw funds from my business account at Bank of America, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having all the required documents, the manager refused to process my withdrawal. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and she was both dismissive and rude.
