The tellers at this location are always rude! Every single time. The only one who has never been rude is the Asian guy and I’m not sure if he works there anymore but the black baldheaded man is rude every single time
We had to process a large wire transfer late last month and scheduled this at the Emory Village branch. Jai Norwood took great care of us. He was extremely personable, efficient, and thorough. I particularly appreciate his attention to detail and steps to avoid scam transfers. Additionally, it was great to meet the branch manager; she checked in at the end to make sure all was in order. All-in-all a top-notch service.
