By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bank of America, and I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Initially the customer service was pretty decent until I encountered an older employee while waiting to be seen.When I went back to her office, I tried to explain the dilemma I was going through at the time, but I was meet with resistance.
