This branch consistently has poor customer service. On multiple visits, I’ve been ignored, greeted with dismissive body language, or met with unprofessional attitudes by multiple employees. On one visit, there were no visible customers or staff at the counter, and when an employee finally acknowledged me, there was no greeting or basic courtesy. My thoughts about Bank of America, my 75 yr. Old client is getting about to be evicted from his home. I help him get a loan on his hold life insurance. The check came, I took him to his bank that he’s been with for over 10yrs. Bank of America. They told him that the check would be available the next day. Took that man’s check, when he went to get it to pay his bills. These folks told him he couldn’t get that until 7days. They didn’t give him not one penny.
