Carla was wonderful! She set up my checking account, was able to cash and deposit a check that had some verifying issues. And set me up for a bonus when I set up my direct deposit! She was polite, efficient and informed. I will be coming back to do more banking with Carla.

They rebuilt this lobby a year ago so now theres only ONE teller helping walk-in customers AND drive-thru customers, theres a few extra bankers sitting around but theyre just watching the customer line grow from the sideline, without attempting to help expedite anything... someone from management needs to check out this location and reassign some work roles, this is completely ridiculous
Poor communication and bad customer service is the only way to describe my experience. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Waited one hour and a half to get a document notarized.
