Branch consistently a long wait, "understaffed" their explanation. Drive thru teller option long since closed, down to 1 inside telle n its closed that person takes lunch. No notification as to time of lunch break, always the offer of "about __ min left"....from wat time!?!?!?? Just close the branch!!!
No one in the front to greet people. Waited nearly 30 minutes to be told they were unable help me because the manager was not in. Had there been someone actually welcoming customers and asking what we were in for, I would not have wasted my time.
Carla was wonderful! She set up my checking account, was able to cash and deposit a check that had some verifying issues. And set me up for a bonus when I set up my direct deposit! She was polite, efficient and informed. I will be coming back to do more banking with Carla.

They rebuilt this lobby a year ago so now theres only ONE teller helping walk-in customers AND drive-thru customers, theres a few extra bankers sitting around but theyre just watching the customer line grow from the sideline, without attempting to help expedite anything... someone from management needs to check out this location and reassign some work roles, this is completely ridiculous
