I went to this location for the first time, and nobody seemed to care about the customer. Both tellers were outside, and no one was inside to serve us. We waited for 20 minutes to get service. Don’t go to this location . You will make yourself stress.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! This is one of the worst managed BoA branches I have EVER been to. I have used BoA across multiple states since 2007 and this branch is the absolute worst. What makes this so much sadder is BoA responds to the reviews but makes NO CHANGES at the branch. The actual tellers are very friendly and complete the business quickly ONCE YOU ACTUALLY GET TO THEM. I went to cash a check I received at this branch. The teller could not have been more rude to me. I was informed that they charge an $8 fee to cash a check (from their own bank) and that she would not be able to help. When I ask for a verification of funds I was again told no, they do not do that and that if I was worried about the funds availability I should not have taken a check.
