You would think a bank people would be attentive and be professional but no.This lady looked so annoyed and didn’t even have education to say her manners (Mind you she an old woman).Would not come here again because of her attitude.
With being a BOA customer for over 30 years. And, a premium account holder? I do NOT understand the negative reviews. This location is typical. Striving to be helpful with limited staffing and to many customers. Be real.
Lavista branch review. Staff was rude and not competent. As a customer for over a decade as well as a BOA cardholder for over 15 years getting change as a customer was an ordeal. Tap-less touch for debit transactions was down. The manager was unable to assist me. I would not suggest going into this branch. The level of customer service I didn’t receive was appalling. To make matters worse, when calling to address this issue with management nobody answered.
I went to this location for the first time, and nobody seemed to care about the customer. Both tellers were outside, and no one was inside to serve us. We waited for 20 minutes to get service. Don’t go to this location . You will make yourself stress.
