Will never go to this Bank of America again. they are very RACIST!! I went to cash my check here where I have being doing the past 4 months the teller at the time took it upon herself to deposite my check instead of letting me know that she could not cash it so that I can take my check elsewhere. I feel like they robbed me for money to clear a negative that I had prior. Well, the way l see it poor service. You want to come try to fix a problem you have make an appointment. There no soul to help you and if there is there walking like zombies doing nothing..
Worst customer service in the world. Made us sign in and then made us wait for 2 hrs before telling us they cannot see us. Can’t believe big banks like this hire unqualified rep like this to behave unethically with customer who bring them business. 2 hrs of my time sitting there just to tell me that they will make me an appointment. Worst experience I have ever had. Definitely a very deceptive business practice
