I visited this branch for the first time regarding a financial matter, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I want to sincerely thank two outstanding individuals: Erik, the manager, and Marbella, the banker. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile ,not a forced one which already says a lot about the team working at this location. The service was excellent, and the treatment I received was outstanding. Keep up the great work, guys. Thank you for your exceptional service .
The lady at the front desk with red hair, fake lips and blue contacts was so uncomfortably rude. I don’t understand how they allow her to treat customers the way she does. I immediately left and opened an account at Chase Bank. After decades with this bank….It was that bad.
