I arrived at this branch at 2pm and one of the banker told me they will be with me in couple minutes and then I waited for an hour, and the whole past hour no one was doing anything in the bank( at least from my perspective). At 3pm customers with appointments showed up and they got to talked to the banker before us, so I went to one of the available banker, and she told me she will help me with my problem in a minute, and 30 minutes past still no been helped yet. Worst Bank of America in the valley I’ve literally tried to call them every single day for two weeks, and they refuse to answer the phone. How do I have my money in a bank and they don’t even care to answer their customers
Isaiah was absolutely amazing. He helped me with online banking and explained everything clearly and efficiently.
