I always buy my money orders or cashier checks here. Today (02/13/26 at 12:00 pm) Tyler took way too long checking if I had enough funds to buy a cashiers check. He claimed that he had to make sure funds were available. I had the money there. That has never happened in any other or this location before. He did the same thing to the customers before me. Slowest bank I have EVER been to. I Come here every Thursday for a business deposit and I have not ONCE seen more than one teller available. Never been here for less than 30 mins.
Someone fraudulently withdrew money from my account using the ATM at this location and I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with the branch to alert them of the fraud and request the footage, but they do not answer the phone.
If I could give zero stars I would, very rude, asked any question and just one answer please call yourself, we don't know
Why do you close at 4 pm? Can’t stay open one more hour so people can say, USE YOUR SERVICES?
