Someone fraudulently withdrew money from my account using the ATM at this location and I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with the branch to alert them of the fraud and request the footage, but they do not answer the phone.
If I could give zero stars I would, very rude, asked any question and just one answer please call yourself, we don't know
Why do you close at 4 pm? Can’t stay open one more hour so people can say, USE YOUR SERVICES?

Tried 3 times via call center to get a new business debit card reissued due to fraud. Twice and over 5 weeks was told they mailed a new one. They did not. Went to branch but corp BofA has taken all authority away from branches to order new cards and thus force people to do deal with their call center morons. Call center rep said the only way I could get a new card was if I could tell her what the amount and payee was on a random check.
