Considering the quality of most customer service jobs are getting worse, mostly because of the business owners and customers themselves, Andrea was a breath of fresh air!
Today we went to the bank to inquire about a car loan. We also thought that if we were interested we would move from our current bank to Bank of American. But to our surprise they did not want to assist us or give us information if we did not open an account. The manager laughed when we asked him to speak to a banker in Spanish.
