If i could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for 4pm, then 8 minutes before my appt i get a text saying its been confirmed for 5pm. I arrive inside 15 minutes early for my appt to be told there’s nothing they can do they close at 5. Well then why did I get a text confirmation for 5??
Made an appointment, the banker was told twice I was there waiting. She never came out to greet us. Switched banks the same day.
Today I've called this branch over 20 times and not one human being answered. Is this branch open for business? I'm glad I'm not a customer. They haven't earned 1 star but I can't give zero stars.
All of the woman here are sad. Depressed. And need to find a human connection. Sorry you woman cant get the emotional support you need. Dont take it out on customers. Goto chase fs. This place sucks
