My husband and I visited this branch to open our first bank account in the U.S. after recently moving from New Zealand. The team was welcoming and extremely helpful. Even without an appointment, they accommodated us with no issues. They left a very positive impression, and it looks like Bank of America will be our only bank of choice here in the USA. All the staff were genuinely helpful.
I have been Bank of America customer for 30 years and today I took my 18-year-old son to open his checking account. Jacob Gonzalez read the room just perfectly as I had wanted for my son to formally sign his agreement to undertake the responsibility to open a checking account and CREDIT card. Terrible. Make an appt and it magically disappears from their system.
If i could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for 4pm, then 8 minutes before my appt i get a text saying its been confirmed for 5pm. I arrive inside 15 minutes early for my appt to be told there’s nothing they can do they close at 5. Well then why did I get a text confirmation for 5??
