I have been Bank of America customer for 30 years and today I took my 18-year-old son to open his checking account. Jacob Gonzalez read the room just perfectly as I had wanted for my son to formally sign his agreement to undertake the responsibility to open a checking account and CREDIT card. He was thorough with the benefits , risks and responsibilities of becoming an adult holding credit. He was friendly and made me feel easy and enjoyed the process . Terrible. Make an appt and it magically disappears from their system.Â
If i could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for 4pm, then 8 minutes before my appt i get a text saying its been confirmed for 5pm. I arrive inside 15 minutes early for my appt to be told there’s nothing they can do they close at 5. Well then why did I get a text confirmation for 5??Â
Made an appointment, the banker was told twice I was there waiting. She never came out to greet us. Switched banks the same day.Â
