Been here many years but this year I have a transaction where the drive through atm took the money and didn't credit to my account so be aware of this place The money is also being on hold while they research the problem so be aware of it happens it'll take months for them to fix it Thanks for the response but either put the money in my account or give the cash back
Prefer if you could leave a zero star but unfortunately had to leave a one star. The worst customer service ever location ATM eats a check you call them oh we can't help you with anything at the location it happened at Call customer service they don't know what's going on they say call the store you say call them Go back and forth be better to shut down the location.
Customer services reps are fairly helpful, once you get someone on the phone. About 10-15 calls should get you through to someone.
