Terrible bank, 10-4 hrs no Saturdays you go there have to wait hrs just to see a teller. Charge you $15.00 for a bank check (his money). Then charge a $8.00 service fee from my sons account cause savings was below $100.00 for 3 days, as he has direct deposit into savings. Don't tell me sorry, just fix it!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT STOP AT THIS BANK. I was sitting here for 2 hours waiting for them to see me but no one called me up. There is only one person at the front and the people who aren’t seeing anyone don’t take the walk-ins while they can because they are waiting for people who made appointments who never show up.
Been waiting here for 4 hours there are no tellers and the front desk is Empty my grandma is elderly and has a hard time standing awful service
