Nikita have been very polite and helpful finding some transactions on specific dates. Even though dates were past due and did not got all information I need, she treat me with all kindness and availability to help.

It’s a shame this bank is so bad. Service is pathetic. Hardly opens at all anymore and when they do there are lines for miles . Two times I went there when they were supposed to be open and they were closed for lunch. That’s right , they arbitrarily close for lunch sometimes and you never know when until you get there . Don’t think about calling to find out if they are closed for lunch because they don’t answer the phone either way.
