One of the worse experiences ever at this location! Terrance Downs and his manager exhibited some of the worst customer service I've experienced by Bank of America. They had me wait nearly 2 hours before telling me their system was down and they could not authenticate me. This was just the cherry on top of things as neither of them could explain why my accounts were frozen. This put me in a precarious situation as I had multiple financial obligations I had to fulfill. I recently visited this Bank of America location and had a very disappointing experience with one of the tellers, Annetta. I came in with a simple question regarding the value of rolls of coins quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies. Rather than assisting me with basic information or even pointing me in the right direction in a respectful way, Annetta responded with clear attitude and frustration, making me feel like a burden for simply asking a question.
