Not sure how this bank stays in business. Just terrible personal service, phone service, website, everything! I'd rather shut my car door on my hand.
This branch LIES about its hours of operation, and is NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS (as evidenced by this location being CLOSED ON Saturday, 11/22!). B of A is eithger GOING BANKRUPT, and needs “bank runs” on ALL OF ITS BRANCHES, or it is just prejudiced against having branches in North Sacramento! THis is NOT a “user-friendly” bank especially for its “preferred” customers!
