I went in to open an account for my autistic son and banker Damion Ramsey assisted me. There was legal paperwork which was confusing, Damion was patient and understanding and helped me navigate what account was correct for my son. He also signed me up for preferred rewards which I had not looked into, it has great benefits. I have always received excellent assistance from Alvin Aquino at the Bank of America Arden location. He truly deserves recognition for being a helpful and supportive banker. Last week, I was standing there unsure of whom to ask for help, and he stepped in and assisted me.Â
May phan handled me perfectly best customer service and she help me with all the process I never having a hard time to communicate with her she so nice and very accommodating 🫶Â
I needed to speak with a banker and was told by a staff member to wait for 15 minutes since there was only one banker available. I waited over 15 minutes, and then he came back and asked me to wait another 15 minutes. This happened twice that day. If you’re unable to assist clients promptly, the least you can do is provide an honest and realistic estimate of the waiting time.Â
Edit: responding with a generic response telling me to contact you through ANOTHER app (twitter) when my issue was that i couldn't get help in person and needed to do it thru the app. Corporate amarica in a nutshell. Nice job BofA. Absolute clown shoes. The teller was kind but I waited 20 minutes to speak to someone only to have them tell me I needed to do something through the app. My new policy is to leave a 1 star review anywhere that tells me I have to do something through an app when I'm standing there talking to them.Â
