Terrible customer service manager and employees
Absolutely horrible experience with the people on staff today June 5th 2025 at 2:20pm CT at BofA in 78759. Went to make a deposit & the teller left early so no one was able to do the transaction. The fellow onsite told me to leave and find another location. Super rude & unwilling to help. I’ve banked here for over 20 years & apparently they don’t give a crap.
The staff James Newsome in this branch made a big mistake and wired my money to to China to a wrong bank. After that, the bank just refuses to take call and offers no help to trace the money. Worst service I've ever experienced and staff is not trained to do the job and customer service is none.
