No son amables no te dan la sensación de amabilidad y tienen un horario poco asequible
Really poor and indifferent attitude at this branch. Not just once... every time I have gone in. Not sure if that is how they are trained to deal with people or a morale issue... if you are looking for a welcoming experience, avoid this branch at all costs.
Branch improved a lot this last 2 years, improving review to 5 stars.
No respect at all from the staff
No more customer service. They got rid of last human operated open window and now only way to perform transactions is by ATM or getting an appointment. Rude manager whose facial expression shows that he has attitude, doesnt want to help and acts like he is my boss.
