Young lady said she would help me.She left for a few minutes, then recognized me standing in teller line.She approached me with my question in mind.Helped me take care of my transaction. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a bank in this country. I am closing my account because of it. Scenario 1: I originally had an E-Banking account, which does not carry a monthly maintenance fee. Without notifying me, Bank of America automatically converted it into a regular checking account and began charging fees. I only realized this after being charged repeatedly. I have been trying to return a product 45 days. BofA has made it impossible. I bought and was shipped an inferior product instead of what was advertised. The seller won't return my calls, emails or respond. BofA wants me to get a statement on a letterhead of a professional to state the item is not genuine. Impossible. Might as well say do a triple somersault. This is what you get from BofA. I am 30 year, Preferred Customer. What about purchase rights.
