I have been trying to return a product 45 days. BofA has made it impossible. I bought and was shipped an inferior product instead of what was advertised. The seller won't return my calls, emails or respond. BofA wants me to get a statement on a letterhead of a professional to state the item is not genuine. Impossible. Might as well say do a triple somersault. This is what you get from BofA. I am 30 year, Preferred Customer. What about purchase rights.
Didn't manage to close the cd at 4pm. But did it the next day without my approval . What is going on.??

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited 41 mins for a teller. Apparently all tellers except one are at lunch.
They close at 4, not 5 like the website says. So if you have any type of normal job don’t bother trying to do anything there
