The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a bank in this country. I am closing my account because of it. Scenario 1: I originally had an E-Banking account, which does not carry a monthly maintenance fee. Without notifying me, Bank of America automatically converted it into a regular checking account and began charging fees. I only realized this after being charged repeatedly.
