We've had an account, loans & credit cards with this Bank Brand for over 10 years. The El Dorado Hills branch has lovely people working there, but our experience at this branch office has not been as Positive. When depositing a large amount of cash & coin the teller openly showed disdain & annoyance that the bills were rolled [grouped by denomination] and the change was rolled, [but not accurately so]. Apparently this "Bank" does not have a coin machine . We told to re count & roll our coins again. Not sure how this was goin... read more
Great staff, attentive and swift!
Very Rude staff to my older disabled mother
I came in for a quick transaction. I greeted the woman working there and asked how she was, but she just stared at me aggressively and angrily. I said I wanted to cash a check—and had to repeat myself a few times—while she just tried to brush me off by asking "What?" in a harsh tone. It is completely wrong for someone so rude and lacking in basic courtesy to work here.
Bank of America is truly an amazing Bank. They work very hard with their clients or customers by accommodating their needs. They are very good at putting their self in other people shoes which make them one of the best banks that I know would definitely recommend.m Bank of America
