Very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. The customer service was really bad. Nobody greeted me or acknowledged that I was waiting. There are two separate lines—one for Personal Banking and one for Business Banking. I got in the Business line and waited, but no one came to help. Eventually, one employee came out, helped one customer, and then rushed away, saying he had to do something else. I continued waiting while the Personal Banking line kept moving.
