I have been with BOA for 20+ years and this branch is always a disaster. There is never a relatively quick run in / run out because they never have enough tellers. I feel badly for them because they are obviously overworked but of course those at the top of the management chain don't care because it doesn't affect them or their inflated salaries. Also, I have never once been able to get a notary appointment in the time I need so I always have to go to UPS and pay for one. Today I just wanted to swing by and make a cash depos... read more
