Incompetent staff! They are unable to help English speaking customers. They instruct you to use the app/ 1800# or the atm machine for all transactions. Also need an appointment for basic banking needs. Time to bring in robots which will be more efficient than this staff. So don’t waste your time going into this bank. Let’s rename this bank into banco latino!

I went there last month on June 26 I had in side appointment with documents for a insurance policy the staff I had appointment with told me I was missing some documents which she did not tell me which documents I was missing she probably did not want help even I have account with them some them are Spanish female
