Google and front door says it opens at 9. Why is there a line of people and locked door at 9:30?
I went there last month on June 26 I had in side appointment with documents for a insurance policy the staff I had appointment with told me I was missing some documents which she did not tell me which documents I was missing she probably did not want help even I have account with them some them are Spanish female

Brought a sandwich bag of around $12 in quarters and some other coins. Teller made me count the coins out while sitting on her computer instead of helping the line of other customers. When I tried to deposit a check she said I couldn't because the check wasn't all the same color ink. Never had this issue at any other BofA's. Very disappointing and disrespectful customer service.
I opened a checking account as a first-time customer and ended up closing all my “accounts” just five days later. Emphasis on “accounts” because while I only intended to open one, the bankers here completely mishandled my application and I somehow walked away with three checking accounts I never asked for.
