Good bank handle work done well but needs to be more professional went in not to long ago i was standing in line with a couple other customers and heard an employee yelling at another employee in the back and that has been on my mind since was very very loud and just uncalled for.Ā
I came in to update my name since I got married and was told that the wait time was 30min. After an hour I notice an employee take off for lunch so I got up to ask if there was only one person available to help the three different people still waiting for service. All I was told was that I was ānextā and could schedule an appointment. For what? Worst customer service ever! Iāve been with BOA since I graduated high school in 2006. I came into town to attended my niece graduation on last week, I want to make her something which required me needing new dollars bills. The tellers literally was not trying to help, he showed me a stack of bills that were definitely worn and would not be useful for what I was trying to do.
