The people who work there are very nice and friendly and will help you when needed
Good bank handle work done well but needs to be more professional went in not to long ago i was standing in line with a couple other customers and heard an employee yelling at another employee in the back and that has been on my mind since was very very loud and just uncalled for.
I came in to update my name since I got married and was told that the wait time was 30min. After an hour I notice an employee take off for lunch so I got up to ask if there was only one person available to help the three different people still waiting for service. All I was told was that I was “next” and could schedule an appointment. For what? Worst customer service ever! I’ve been with BOA since I graduated high school in 2006. I came into town to attended my niece graduation on last week, I want to make her something which required me needing new dollars bills. The tellers literally was not trying to help, he showed me a stack of bills that were definitely worn and would not be useful for what I was trying to do.
