**Poor Customer Service and No Tellers on a Busy Saturday** I’m incredibly disappointed with Bank of America’s customer service. I visited a branch on a Saturday, only to find that there were *no tellers available*. It was frustrating to see a long line of customers waiting, with no assistance in sight. Terrible location. Deposited money in the ATM and the system shut off. Went inside to be greeted by a rude ignorant teller who told me I would need to file a claim instead of being assured that the problem would be solved , she provided attitude and didn’t really want to fix the problem During the situation I was completely livid as no one wants their money to go MIA and on top of that no one wants to deal with someone who doesn’t really want to actually help.When I decided to take matters my way and called Bank of America m... read more
