**Poor Customer Service and No Tellers on a Busy Saturday** Iām incredibly disappointed with Bank of Americaās customer service. I visited a branch on a Saturday, only to find that there were *no tellers available*. It was frustrating to see a long line of customers waiting, with no assistance in sight. Terrible location. Deposited money in the ATM and the system shut off.
