Very rude teller .Â
Long waits, appointment required for most services, banker hours with staff shortages during business hours. Went to Wells Fargo, opened new account in less than 3 minutes!Â
Service was incredibly slow, even though I scheduled appointments. My first appointment, I waited 30 minutes despite being early for my appointment. I was told I needed my social security card to open an account, which is not true so I had to leave without making any progress. My second appointment, I waited 20 minutes, despite having an appointment again. The banker told me multiple things that weren’t true such as, I would be able to change the category I earned 3% on as much as I wanted to, when in reality, you can only c... read more
The service pays attention to the client. That was refreshing that the staff member was willing to help me while I was waiting on line. They figured out what might have been the issue. they are appreciatedÂ
