Bank of America is the worst. They closed our business accounts with no explanation, and when we asked for a reason they said because they can (literally, that's what they said). In a separate instance, we sent a wire to a client who had a BOA account and BOA incorrectly returned the wire and stole $45 from the wire. They are just a horrible bank that doesn't care about small businesses at all.

Long waits, appointment required for most services, banker hours with staff shortages during business hours. Went to Wells Fargo, opened new account in less than 3 minutes!
Service was incredibly slow, even though I scheduled appointments. My first appointment, I waited 30 minutes despite being early for my appointment. I was told I needed my social security card to open an account, which is not true so I had to leave without making any progress. My second appointment, I waited 20 minutes, despite having an appointment again. The service pays attention to the client. That was refreshing that the staff member was willing to help me while I was waiting on line. They figured out what might have been the issue. they are appreciated
