Such a terrible location. Awful service. Stay away from this location at all cost. I went in to get a cashiers check and the teller says she needs to ask the manager if he will approve if. So she goes over to his office and he’s just sitting there but decides that he’s not available to sign. So the teller comes out and says sorry, he’s not available and you should try another location. Keep in mind that I have banked with BofA for 25 years. I cannot wait for these main stream banks to go under.Â
I wish I can give -1 reviews. Manager is so rude . I went to deposit cash to business account she was throwing money and completely disrespectful. Cashier was trying to be helpful but manager is horrible. Bank of America need to review their training on building culture to respect customersÂ
