Zero to little help then ignored.
I needed help with access to my online banking and was assigned to Melody X. She was knowledgeable about my issue and was able to resolve all of my problems. I would highly recommend this branch, and especially Melody, for their professional customer service. Update 05/01/2025: I had an issue and again used this branch for resolution. Sheetal helped me resolve the issue in a professional and timely manner. Again, I highly recommend this branch for excellent service.

I can’t thank Chad enough for all his help. I was on vacation when I experienced a fraudulent withdrawal of tens of thousands of dollars withdrawn from my checking account. My family and I drove hours back to our friends in Woodbury, and I arrived at this location 30 minutes before closing. Chad took this matter very seriously, and spent almost an hour with me, well past closing, to sort out a new account and help with closing out the compromised account.
