I can’t thank Chad enough for all his help. I was on vacation when I experienced a fraudulent withdrawal of tens of thousands of dollars withdrawn from my checking account. My family and I drove hours back to our friends in Woodbury, and I arrived at this location 30 minutes before closing. Chad took this matter very seriously, and spent almost an hour with me, well past closing, to sort out a new account and help with closing out the compromised account. Stopped in to make a relatively small cash deposit for a friend who lives out of the country. The teller informed me that cash deposits were no longer allowed into an account that is not held by the depositor. Naturally I was a bit frustrated. Despite my frustration the teller remained very kind and offered an alternative solution for me to deposit a check rather than cash. Hard to find such professionalism and customer service any more.
