Pulling out every penny. These bozos do not disclose the fact that they have a rediculous “policy” of holding CERTIFIED funds for 5-7 business days. I called and asked this exact question and was told that a portion of my very very large certified check deposit would be available next day and was told the same thing at the bank when I deposited it. You need to fix your ATM. I deposited cash and it said it processed and gave me my card back only to eat the cash and not deposit into my account. It is 2025 for god’s sake. Get a better ATM. Total BS.
Stay away from BOA Woodbury. They aren't professional. Mr. Sanchez lied to me before going to stuff his face with Italian Street Food. I was offered water from another BOA employee, which I thought was courteous at first until I realized her and Mr. Sanchez thought it was funny that I was trying to remove a hold off of a legitimate check, to get groceries for my family. Bring a humidifier it's very dry in this location. ALL ON CAMERA.
I originally rated this bank 1 star, but when I came in to the Woodbury branch they were so nice and really seemed to care. Chad Blair helped me with my business account and gave me some great info for the future even though I came in to close my account. My business does not do enough revenue for this large bank so I switched to a smaller one, but I was very happy with the service and this bank branch really seems to be improving and getting better!!! The staff is awesome!
Staff is amazing but the computer service very bad. 2.5 hrs open 2 checking accounts because system kept going down . They had keep apologies took so long.
