I bought a ticket for 10.75 at spothero for a Thursday night out to leave early Friday morning around 3 am. I stayed till about 6 a.m. and when I was about to check out the kiosk was telling me that I had to pay 35 dollars for a late fee. I contacted the help center to tell them that it was under 24 hours and if I would have reserved my spot for 24 hours online I wouldn't have paid anything extra but they did not try to help me and I had to pay 35 dollars extra.
