Last month, I mistakenly made an online purchase of over $500 and had immediately requested a refund. I’ve now been waiting for over a month and a half for my money. They’re holding my money hostage to get interest off me. Now my expected waiting time is 3 months, my entire summer. I’m waiting for $500, to make a $200 purchase. This bank ruined my whole summer, now I’m ruining their reputation.
