During our visit to this branch, we encountered a disappointing experience that aligns with the negative feedback we had seen. We had to wait for 1.5 hours to meet with the banker, Christopher Hill, whose lack of professionalism and disrespectful attitude left us feeling degraded. I went to open an account for my daughter and asked about account options, to which the banker responded in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. Overall, our experience at this bank was very unpleasant and left us feeling disappointed.Â
