20+ people working always only 2 open counter with 2 working tellers. Line is always 10+ clients long anytime of the day any day. This is the worst Bank of america!! None of the tellers cares about the wait has been 20 minutes.
The cashier area is so suffocating. always long line waiting because â cashier are serving 10 customers, sometime only cashier is serving, other cashier was doing something else, they don't care a long line of customers. Branch manager needs to fix this problem.
