Smh!!! If I could rate it 0 stars I definitely would waitrd in line 45 minutes very nasty rude evil ugly on the inside and out bank tellers I will never give them my business again me and my his been banking with BOFA over 12 years and it's just unbelievable the customer service you get today or what is more fitting and appropriate to say is the customer service you don't get! 💯Â
They refuse to cash checks that aren't a Bank of America check. No other bank has an issue. Getting tired of being told "no"" repeatedly by people who aren't even from this country.Â
Please, Just close permanently so we can switch to a better bank. Stop this debauchery and nonsense. Everyone knows how pathetic this bank is. We wait in line for a lo g time with only one teller. It's been closed this week. It's just too much.Â
