The woman who was working at the customer service desk was very rude and didn't try to help me at all. I will never go to this branch again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I’ve been with them for 20 years. Customer service has only gotten worse. It’s impossible to get anybody to answer the phone. I currently live an hour away from them. I am very in happy with them and planning to close my accounts
Every teller is friendly and efficient. This is my favorite bank.
I've called multiple times and no one has answered. the automated service doesn't have the option need, no one has called me back and someone is using my number here and I can't get into touch with anyone!
Liz is hands down the best!!! My mom and I have been trying to close an account for years and she got us taken care of in minutes! Not to mention being super nice and attentive even with the place being super busy. Her ability to jump between Spanish and English and keep everyone feeling helped is one of a kind!!!
