I just left this bank after waiting half an hour to open an account and no one couldn’t help me even though the bank was completely empty, except for other angry customer that went in to close his account. This is a terrible bank to do business with. I will definitely take my money some where else.

I am angry and upset with how the agents at this bank treated my wife. This place has gone downhill over 15 years. My wife went to get some things from our safety deposit box. First and foremost, they used to have a fingerprint scanner that would allow customers with boxes to get into their box without waiting for the staff. Now that is gone due to their incompetence.
