This is my wife's bank but we used it together to complete wire transfers for a house closing. The employees are polite, professional and very helpful. We didn't have to wait to long for someone to help us with the wire transfer and they got it done relatively quickly. I would recommend this Bank of America to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.
This branch is open 10 to 1600 hours Monday thru Friday.
1. it is one of the most unfriendly branches I have been to, specifically 2-3 years ago 2. they cost me $30,000 when I wired money abroad and immediately came back the next day and asked that they put a hold on the transfer and contact the receiving bank in Italy. The lady insisted there was nothing she could do. Only later did I find out that she could have prevented the fraud with a couple of calls
