ridiculously understaffed, without the waiting customers, the place is like a funeral home. Staff is low quality, low knowledge.
I had a question about an application and took a chance to go in person with no appointment. There were 2 people scheduled ahead of me to get help from Customer Service. I would have gladly waited my turn but Louise came and asked what I needed. When she found out, she sat down with me and walked me through it - it only took about 20 minutes! I really appreciate this kind of personal consideration!
