I had a question about an application and took a chance to go in person with no appointment. There were 2 people scheduled ahead of me to get help from Customer Service. I would have gladly waited my turn but Louise came and asked what I needed. When she found out, she sat down with me and walked me through it - it only took about 20 minutes! I really appreciate this kind of personal consideration!

I came to this Bank of America to make a simple deposit into another person’s account something that happens every day. Instead, I was met with interrogation by the manager, who questioned who the person was, how I knew them, and even suggested I “go somewhere else” when I asked if there was an issue.
