Today, I went to Bank of America to open a CD account for my spouse. We were assisted by one of their employees, Brendon, who was extremely warm, friendly, and professional. He helped us complete the process quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate his assistance, and we are also grateful to Bank of America for its consistently excellent service.
Today I went to the IRS to take care of some paperwork, and halfway through I needed BOA to provide a few documents. So I went to the BOA branch close by and happened to meet their manager, Rocio. She was incredibly warm and helpful, and quickly printed out everything we needed. We’re truly grateful for her assistance and for BOA’s consistently excellent and professional service.
I have been coming to this branch for the last three years for a business account. The staff is genuinely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I keep on coming here that reason. Thanks Dan and Rosio
Absolutely horrible customer service the staff is not helpful or knowledgeable I came to cash a check from Merrill Lynch and was questioned and had to give my social security number waited like 30mins this is crazy
Service is terrible. The lady wearing black was horrible. I will cancel all BOA credit card. Bad bad bad service
