one teller five people in line every time Ive been there. BOA too cheap to service customers making it very obvious and only growing worse :(
Situation was rectified by the bank with great customer service
They were very poorly staffed. Long waits. No open drive thru. They had a drive up ATM. I am happy I only have a credit card thru this bank and nothing else. This branch does not seem to care about their patrons!
I got a scam call, since I couldn't find a number to anywhere on line, I decided to stop in. Little did I know the walk-in closed at 4pm. So I couldn't report it! At least I'm happy I don't Bank with them. And because of this, I will not be baking with them in the future!
