I’m writing on behalf of myself and my parents experience at this awful bank. I used to bank with BOA almost 20 years ago but switched on behalf of the poor treatment of their patrons. It seems that even today it’s still a horrible place to keep your valuables and money. The employees are miserable and unhappy. I’m sure working there is just as insufferable as banking here. Manager Jose greeted me very polite and professional upon entry we spoke briefly about my service requirements and he was very understanding and provided excellent service immediately as well as the bank teller Carla who help complete the transaction. This branch specializes in individual care.And sometimes you gotta take the time to get to know your clients to provide the best service. I believe jose , and the members there do just that , always remembering to be patient and polite. Best bank around.
