Received a letter from Bank of America from New Castle Del , called # provided and was transferred to associate from Texas her and her supervisor so non personal in the manner they talk to you thank God I No longer have an account with them if my present banking institution had the same manner of talking to me very robotic I would change to a different one .

Well I always use ATM, but after today I ran into a bit of problem,my debit card was not giving out ($FUNDS$) so after I called number on back of debit, they cleared it, then again didn't get "Funds"? Long story short, Ashley doesn't mean to be "*******"!
