Trouble from the get go!! lots of fees and when they mess up still charges fees. Closed account and had special fee of $8.00. Stay away from this place
I've had numerous unpleasant experiences at this particular branch, due to the exceptionally long lines and wait times this branch seems to struggle with. Today, however, the location manager working (Arturo) literally stood towering over me (I was seated), barking loudly about a bank policy I'd never heard before, with such loud disdain and with such an imperious expression, that it took all I could muster to conclude the transaction and walk calmly from the building. If i could give a zero I would! I waited in line to make a deposit and several Spanish speaking people were waited on by a spinsh speaking individual. He was very polite to them but when I stepped up he was very firm and unfriendly. The service in Zephyrhills is horrible! Long lines and no satisfaction! I guess I was the wrong nationality. 😡
