The staff has been GREAT for all my personal and multiple business needs!
Asked the lady at the front desk how she was doing out loudly looks at me then proceeds to ignore me and then walks away, her coworker had to acknowledge she was helping somebody else, which I responded was all I asked was how she was doing, shouldn’t be working at a bank if you don’t know how to respond to people that ask you a polite question.
My primary bank for over 10 years. Yes, they have a notary and, yes, I'm posting this because a question on Google Maps about whether they have a notary was answered ... BEWARE OF THIS BANK! They will tell you your deposited check will be available on one date but then place an exteneded hold on your check without any explanation for a much later date. I was lied to and the Manager did not care. Customer service is terrible! I had other options for depositing my check but I chose BOA thinking that they were the best option since I had been banking here for years. Needless to say they are the WORST option and I will not be using their services any more. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHECK UNLES... read more
