Tried to call to set up a notary appointment and never got through to anyone. Went in and was told it would only be 30 minutes for someone to help me. I waited. I watch the two people who checked in behind me get helped before me and waited over an hour for a 5 minute notary.Â
Poor Customer Service and a bad attitude without an appointment. You pretty much have to do everything yourself via the app anyways even with an appointment and if things take too long on your end in there because of their crappy signal in this bunker they rush you out the door. Definitely do not recommend this branch and am reconsidering BOA all together.Â
