This place is getting wors , we went this morning about 9:30 am , one of the bank teller said " i don't have any cashier's until one hour if you want to wait or you can use the drivetrhu o atm " bad service we are so busy in live, running one place to another and like a client to be waiting wasted my important time for lunch do you think i have to loss my hour of break .just because they don't do the right schedule to put enough people to work in this bank location.
I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for about 25 minutes just for 3 deposits! There’s only one teller and she’s helping everyone else that’s inside while holding my deposits !
I got to this particular bank at 12:40 p.m. and I just walked out at 1:03 p.m. . The reason for that is they had a line of 10 to 12 people consistently and only had one teller. They also had two other employees pretty much just sitting around watching the whole thing happen. When the relationship manager Lindy got confronted about it she was extremely dismissive. It was so bad when I walked out there where people even sitting on the floor on the line. I will never go there again. There's a reason they have such low score
