Wasted my time. This is a bad branch. They need to work harder to take care of their customers
Slowest tellers in banking. I understand using care, but honestly. Making a deposit should not take over 30 minutes.
I have been a customer of Bank of America for many years and been very pleased with the customer service. However, today I opened an additional checking account with Dominic at the Lake Washington and Wickham branch. I've never been treated more rudely at a bank. He was polite in that he kept saying "ma'am" but he obviously was annoyed by my questions and had no desire to be answering them.
