Came in to open an a regular checking account. Told me it would be a few minutes. They asked me to set up an account online. As I did I over heard a couple walk in and also say that they didn’t have an appointment. They were asked to do the same as me. But then they were taken before me. When I said something about I was told. No they did have an appointment. We found it. A clear lie. Very disappointing.
