My fiance has an account with bank of america. With all of our bills being joined, now we wanted to add me to her account to make a joint account. We got in there about 9am and left about 11:10am. They we're not able to add me to her account and create a joint account. They were unable to give me a debit card to use for joint account. My fiance and I went to this location to open up a joint bank account. We did not make an appointment, so we had to wait forty five minutes, which wasn't a big deal. We did notice that it took 2 to 3 people to help one hispanic couple and left a long line for others to wait. When we eventually did get seen, they were not able to create a joint account for us, and we're unable to give us a reason why my fiancé and I wasted 2 hours of our day to do this. Everytime i come here, there's always 2-3 bankers by the front desk and just 1 teller open with a waiting line. It will be nice if the bankers will help the tellers with customers too.
