I was paying off my mortgage Joyously entered bank. Their system wouldn’t accept payment and mail check. Arizona was able to pay off mortgage over phone. Arizona explained there is a backup process if system doesn’t take payoff. Waukegan is a great disappointment. Cindy from Arizona is employee of the year.
Extraordinarily slow and the cashiers, not all, but a few are quite rude. Teresa is not friendly and also a poor communicator. Management seems not to care about long wait times.
Jen and Paola were amazing and so extremely helpful. Jen helped entertain my wild 2 year old while I was opening an account, I can't thank her enough!
Incompetent, unprofessional, cold hearted company. Unfortunately my mom had this bank, she passed away and these people put me thru it. Went in May, l filled out successor paperwork. Went back in June and met with Jessica who has me fill out more paperwork. I asked her a few times if I need to give her the will. She said no.
