I have been a member for 27 yrs. And of all the BOA branches long street is the best. I am older and always take time to explain my account. On line etc... I can't say just one person it has been. The entire staff. So BOA you guys are amazing.

Today I went to the bank without any appointment and I was attended by a girl who didn't know I worked there her name is Cindy she explained to me in a way that I could understand how to use my credit card and grow my credit with it, thank you very much Cindy we need more people like you in Charlottesville. Gracias
First time at this location. The teller was named " Cindy". She never greeted and told me to come forward with hand gesture. As I was asking her about my transaction she kept staring at her apple watch and trying to respond to whatever was going on on her apple watch. Horrible customer service. They definitely need to train her.
